The legal notice identifies the customer as the business operator. The contract defines our technical services, responsibilities, renewals and website handover on termination. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we will formalise the data processing agreement and authorised providers.

We configure an existing foundation for one business. The administrator login can manage its records and jobs. Before work starts, we agree which fields, statuses and screens will be adapted. The starting price covers this adaptation; multiple businesses, additional access roles or new workflows require a separate assessment.
Customer records contain the agreed contact details, linked jobs and progress statuses such as pending, in progress and completed. Notes hold internal instructions and observations. We agree the required fields and filters with you. Importing historical data, custom reports and invoicing are quoted separately.
We adapt the logo, colours and section names within our existing design. This includes initial configuration, checks of the contracted features and a usage walkthrough at handover. The customer supplies content and the logo. A completely new design, branding and additional training are quoted separately. Hosting and maintenance have their own fee.
This plan supports internal administration. It does not include customer access, online payments, invoicing or automated email or WhatsApp messages. These features can be assessed as extensions, with a development quote and any relevant provider fees.
We adapt job tracking for repair, maintenance, installation or professional service businesses. We agree how requests are recorded, how work progresses and which information is retained on completion. Pricing within the range depends on the agreed fields, screens, users and rules. The workshop demo illustrates one possible application of this plan.
Link each job to its customer and, where relevant, to equipment or premises. Review recorded interventions, dates, statuses and notes. We define records suited to your business, such as a repaired appliance, a maintained installation or a professional service. Inventory, route planning, accounting and digital signatures require a specific assessment.
Attach images and documents to the relevant record, such as before-and-after repair photos or technical documents. The quote specifies formats, maximum file size, storage capacity and access permissions. Automatic document reading, AI data extraction and electronic signatures are not included in this item.
We configure reminders using dates and rules agreed with your business, a recipient and a defined message. Examples include an appointment or a recorded inspection. We agree the lead time, frequency and cancellation process. A connected email provider and the necessary communication permissions are required. Provider fees and usage charges are separate. WhatsApp is not included, and the system does not independently determine when technical servicing is due.
We first define workflows, priorities and dependencies, then divide development into deliveries with agreed features and review criteria. The starting price of €6,000 applies to the scope in the initial proposal; it does not automatically include every option in this plan. New requirements are assessed before they are added.
Possible roles include administrators, office staff and technicians. We agree which information each role can view or edit and which users need access. The quote specifies the number of roles, rules and access checks. Multi-company access, corporate sign-in and advanced auditing are assessed specifically.
These are optional modules selected in the quote. A portal can let customers view their own jobs or documents; payments can connect to a payment gateway; WhatsApp can support messages through a compatible provider. We define each module’s exact actions, permissions and required accounts. Provider transaction fees, subscriptions and messages are charged separately. All three modules are not included by default.
We assess connections to your existing software and check whether it provides the necessary access. The scope specifies which data is exchanged, in which direction, how often and how errors are handled. Feasibility depends on the external system and its permissions. Licences, historical data migration and later changes to external services are assessed separately.
New features, migrations and third-party licences or usage fees are quoted separately. The advanced plan includes only the agreed features.
